AIDS Activists Hammer Larry Flynt Over Unsafe Porn

Activists demanding that porn industry actors use condoms have targeted the world's most famous pornographer. The AIDS Health Foundation has filed a workplace safety complaint against Flynt, accusing him of endangering his performers, AP reports. Protesters gathered outside the Beverly Hills headquarters of Flynt's company and delivered 100 porn DVDs to state safety offices.

The porn films, the group says, "clearly demonstrate workplace activities highly likely to spread blood-borne pathogens in the workplace." A spokesman for the porn king's company said it operates within the law and none of its performers has ever tested positive for HIV. "We won't budge when it comes to condomless productions," said Larry Flynt Productions President Michael Klein. "That's what the consumer wants, and we deliver it." (More AIDS stories.)
