Michael Douglas' son Cameron is facing a prison sentence of at least 10 years after pleading guilty to dealing huge quantities of crystal meth and cocaine. Cameron, 31, was arrested at a swanky Manhattan hotel last year with $10,000 in cash and a load of crystal meth. Prosecutors say a plea deal was involved but declined to disclose details, AP reports.
Cameron told the judge he had been supplying drugs for years. He was tracked down after posting 215 grams of crystal meth to a government informant. He was initially put under house arrest but was jailed after his girlfriend tried to smuggle him heroin inside an electric toothbrush last August. "I think he handled it well under the circumstances," Cameron's lawyer said after his courtroom appearance. Cameron will be sentenced in April. (More Cameron Douglas stories.)
