"I felt absolutely awful, I was humiliated, I was embarrassed, I was hurt," the husband of YouTube sensation Patricia Walsh-Smith said yesterday in a New York divorce court. "I felt violated in every sense of the word." Philip Smith was telling his side of the story—to a judge—after his wife's series of angry videos spilled endless details about their stormy and apparently sexless marriage of 9 years to millions.

The 76-year-old theater mogul kept his cool in court, the NY Daily News writes, unlike his wife, whose testimony "was soaked in tears and peppered with profanity." A self-made millionaire, Philip Smith filed for divorce last year, citing cruelty and inhumane treatment by his 52-year-old actress and playwright wife. The marriage crumbled over angry and profane demands that he agree to changes in their prenup, he said. (More rich stories.)
