But otherwise, fuggedaboutit: The 1.5-acre property in North Caldwell, NJ, is selling for at least $3.4 million in a neighborhood where similar homes sell for about half that, the New York Times reports. Owners Patti and Victor Recchia, who let The Sopranos shoot there dozens of times, say the next owner will get more than just a four-bedroom house, four bathrooms, a pair of two-car garages, and a detached house for guests. "Those things can be quantified," says Victor, 65, "but I don't think you can quantify the intrinsic value of this home."
Not if you're a fan—and they've been visiting regularly for years. "They'll pull up in like a limo or something, get out in a robe, and pick up a newspaper," says Victor. "We've met a lot of great people." And when James Gandolfini passed away in 2013, fans set up a memorial outside that included candles, a cigar, flowers, and a bag of pasta, per NorthJersey.com. So why move out? The Recchias say they no longer need roughly 5,600 square feet after their adult son left years ago. As for how much HBO paid them, the Recchias aren't talking.
