Supporters of Donald Trump managed to get one of their favorite rallying calls, "Hillary for prison," trending on Twitter on Monday. Or rather, they got "#HillaryForPrision" to trend. Eagle-eyed readers (and elementary school teachers) will notice an extra "i" has snuck in behind the "s" in prison. That's intentional, CNET reports. Trump supporters claim Twitter is automatically preventing "#HillaryForPrison" from appearing in the trending topics list, so they had to generate a misspelled hashtag in order to slip by the censorship. (Twitter previously told the Huffington Post that it doesn't censor political discourse, saying that some hashtags simply aren't as popular as users might think.) A quick scan of the hashtag will reveal plenty of Trump supporters explaining the hashtag, amid a smattering of Clinton supporters mocking the spelling error. (More Donald Trump 2016 stories.)
