"We have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest to charge Junead Khan and Shazib Khan with the intention of committing acts of terrorism." That from Britain's Crown Prosecution Service, which today alleged Junead was plotting an attack on US military personnel stationed in the country and charged him with that crime. The 24-year-old allegedly did his plotting between May 10 and July 14, and was arrested on the 14th, reports the Guardian. His 22-year-old uncle Shazib was also arrested; both men, from Lufton, are charged with trying to join ISIS. They have a court appearance today. The AP notes 700 Britons have gone to Syria to support ISIS. (More terror attack stories.)
