Britney Spears’ latest meltdown has cost her visitation rights to her two sons, the Los Angeles Times reports. A court commissioner granted her ex, Kevin Federline, sole custody of the boys at an emergency hearing today. His attorneys requested the hearing a day after Spears locked herself in a room with one of her boys and was hospitalized in an incoherent state. Federline will retain custody at least until a Jan. 14 hearing.
"There are no winners here," Federline's lawyer said following the hearing. Spears’ lawyers, who filed a motion to quit this week, declined to comment. Meanwhile police said they are not pressing criminal charges against Spears, People reports. "The LAPD is not planning to file any charges against Ms. Spears at this time," an officer said. "The investigation is ongoing." (More Britney Spears stories.)
