(SuchIsLifeVideos) Dr. Laura Schlessinger announced on CNN's Larry King Live last night that she will end her radio show at the end of the year, when her current contract ends. The decision comes a week after her controversial, racially charged on-air comments when she said the N-word repeatedly in response to a caller's concern about racial epithets. She subsequently apologized for the incident, but apparently was not pressured to resign. "The reason is, I want to regain my First Amendment rights. I want to be able to say what's on my mind and in my heart and what I think is helpful and useful without somebody getting angry," she said. Her Dr. Laura radio program is syndicated on almost 200 stations nationwide. Read the full article at the Washington Post. Read These Next Kyrsten Sinema is being sued under 'homewrecker' law.
