Most basketball fans have never heard of Evan Sellers, but the 17-year-old has just secured a place in basketball lore after making the longest shot of all time. The amazing video above shows the Birmingham, Alabama, native lobbing a ball from a 134-foot monument toward a hoop in the distance. It's a staggering feat, but don't get too impressed; almost two hours worth of failed attempts were left on the cutting room floor, Asylum reports.
Sellers belongs to a group of fellow teenagers called the "Legendary Shots" that specializes in trick shots like this one. We've tossed a sampling of their other videos above as well, just for fun.
