A decorated New York City EMT with special access to grates and elevators via a universal 'fireman's key' has been arrested in a string of armed sexual assaults starting in 2001. Earlier this month an 11-year-old girl was raped in a Brooklyn elevator; Police now believe Angus Pascall used the key to commandeer the lift, reports the AP.

Ironically, the five-year veteran of New York City's fire department was honored in 2007 for saving a life. The alleged rapist was finally busted by a 20-year-old victim of an attack Monday who remembered his license plate. He now stands charged with rape, sexual abuse, criminal sex acts, and child endangerment in five attacks.
