The case against Kyron Horman’s stepmother continues to get more damning and more bizarre: Terri Horman is now accused of trying to kidnap her own daughter. Two days after Kaine Horman took their daughter and left Terri, she went to his gym “looking to ‘abduct’ her daughter” from its daycare center while Kaine worked out, he claims in court documents filed yesterday. He wants her held for violating her restraining order, ABC News reports.
Perhaps more disturbingly, four days after her husband moved out, Terri began an affair with Michael Cook, a former classmate of his. Court papers say investigators have “obtained hundreds of text messages as well as several photographs of respondent in various stages of undress and graphic sexual activity.” Terri is accused of sharing sensitive information with Cook—and a former FBI special agent says Cook might have new information about Kyron’s whereabouts.
