Rapper Snoop Dogg will perform 160 hours of community service at an Southern California park, cleaning toilets and picking up trash. The rapper pleaded guilty last month to illegally carrying a police baton in his luggage at an area airport. Snoop was prohibited from working with youth so he "isn't glorified in the eyes of children," the deputy DA said.
Snoop picked the place of his service himself from a list provided by the DA. The location won't be revealed, the Los Angeles Times reports, to prevent disruptions. He'll also donate $10,000 to a charity for troubled children. His guilty plea was part of a deal under which his crime will be counted as a misdemeanor rather than a felonizzle.
