The screws are being tightened on John Edwards, who's been subpoenaed to answer questions under oath about the sex tape he made with mistress Rielle Hunter. The disgraced Edwards is due to make a sworn deposition May 13, Diane Diamond reports at the Daily Beast, in the legal scrum between Hunter and Andrew Young, who she charges invaded her privacy by obtaining the tape and writing about it in detail in his book. Ironically, the legal team that launched the suit is widely believed to have been financed by Edwards.

Young's defense team is also attempting to get a deposition from Hunter, who has been a no-show at 5 successive dates. Her lawyers are attempting to get any testimony she gives sealed from the public.
