Oh, how the tables have turned: TMZ finds itself the subject of one of today's juiciest gossip items, thanks to a former producer's wrongful termination lawsuit that paints the picture of a drug-fueled workplace. Christian Shostle claims he returned from a medical leave for depression to find his co-workers drinking and doing drugs on the job. After he complained, TMZ “did nothing to stop the illegal drug use,” say court papers obtained by The Wrap, and he was later told he “was not performing up to par.”

He complained two days later, adding that he “may need further medical leave” because his colleagues’ shenanigans were “aggravating his stress condition,” and says he was fired the next day. He had worked for TMZ since 2006.
