The love-child scandal plaguing CNN’s Jeff Toobin has brought the sex life of America's news anchors, correspondents, and reporters right into our living room. And it makes sense: “The news anchor's necessary embrace of confidence, narcissism, and taking oneself very, very seriously makes for the perfect storm of splashy, sordid sex fiends,” writes Maureen O'Connor on Gawker. Get to know some of the sexiest:
- Jeff Toobin: Married, but currently battling possible babymama Casey Greenfield in family court. Allegedly has an “anal fixation.” Women he’s pursued call his sexual suggestions “disgusting” and “sick.”
- Anderson Cooper: No scandal here, but everyone’s favorite closeted CNN anchor is closely watched because he's a hottie. Happens to be dating club owner Benjamin Maisani and his huge biceps.
- Lara Logan: CBS foreign correspondent who, in Baghdad, found herself in a love triangle with a married State Department contractor and a CNN reporter. Oh, and she has an estranged husband, too.
- Richard Quest: The gay CNN reporter’s “2008 Central Park meth bust revealed a passion for bondage (rope tied around his genitals), erotic asphyxiation, insertables (carried a dildo in his boot).”
- Barbara Walters: Thrice-divorced Walters “has more sex than you do” and particularly loves “powerful senators, powerful economists, powerful television executives, powerful military men, powerful leaders in the arts, and powerful McCarthyite closet cases.”
