A 39-year-old Washington party promoter was the third person to crash November’s state dinner at the White House, a source tells the Post in confirming that Carlos Allen had, along with Tareq and Michaele Salahi, gotten past Secret Service screenings to rub elbows with the Obamas and a host of dignitaries.
Allen earlier denied to the Post that he’d been there, but the congressional source says he was among a group of business leaders who scored last-minute invitations from the Indian delegation to the dinner, held in honor of the country’s visiting prime minister, Manmohan Singh.
