(AP Photo/David J. Phillip, File) Tiger Woods has pulled out of this week's Chevron World Challenge—which he has hosted for the past 9 years—and is blaming injuries sustained in his mysterious car crash early Friday morning. "I'm very sorry that I can't be there," reads a post on his website. The world's No. 1 golfer said he won't play in any other events this year. Meanwhile, Florida Highway Patrol investigators said they have yet to request a Woods blood sample from the hospital where he was treated after the crash, but they may soon. "We have not asked for those records, but it's an option that we have," an FHP rep tells the Orlando Sentinel. (More Tiger Woods stories.) Report an error
