Meanwhile, Jackson's three children are being appointed a guardian to look out for their business interests, reports the Wall Street Journal.
The California judge's decision will delay a concert merchandising agreement until after the watchdog is named. The children are entitled to 40% of Jackson's estate, while his mom, who has custody of the kids, has another 40%. The probate judge expressed concern that the grandmother Katherine Jackson's financial interests could conflict with theirs.
