Paul McCartney performed a rollicking concert last night before 60,000 fans just outside Washington, where the former Beatle dedicated the Rubber Soul classic "Michelle" to none other than Mrs. Obama. The lyrics go, "I love you, I love you, I love you. That's all I want to say"—a rather cheeky song to sing to a woman whose husband commands the most powerful army in the world.
As NBC Washington notes, this isn't the first time McCartney has suggested he has a thing for the first lady. In an interview just after the election, the British rocker told People: "I hope to get the opportunity to sing ... to his wife." (More Paul McCartney stories.)
