The doctor by Michael Jackson's side when he went into cardiac arrest may face manslaughter charges if the LAPD concludes he gave the pop star a powerful anesthetic, TMZ reports. Dr. Conrad Murray isn’t cooperating with authorities, sources say, but investigators have evidence linking him to Propofol, a drug found in Jackson’s home that’s only for hospital use.

Authorities are also suspicious of Murray’s nearly 30-minute delay in calling 911. Murray has explained that he didn’t know Jackson’s address—which, as TMZ helpfully notes, is one house up from the world’s most famous street: Sunset Blvd. Police are also eying another Jackson doctors, Arnold Klein, who they suspect wrote prescriptions for Jackson using aliases.
