Are the Billboard music charts just too yesterday’s-news for you? Do you need to know which songs people are listening to the most, right this red-hot minute? The grid of 99 songs is updated live, fueled by a “semantic engine” that checks whether Twitterers are just mentioning a song, or actually seem to be listening to it. And the list isn’t the same as the web’s most-mentioned songs: Thanks to Twitter, the Doors, Pink Floyd, and the Cure are back on the charts. (More Billboard charts stories.)
