Cancer survivor Christina Applegate has clinched the coveted cover spot on People's annual World's 100 Most Beautiful issue. Standbys like Angelina Jolie, Hugh Jackman, and George Clooney also made the list, but there are plenty of newcomers:

Slumdog Millionare stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto
Michelle Obama make the list; Timothy Geithner and Rahm Emanuel made it as far as a section called "Barack's Beauties"
