At least, that's what owners all over America are hoping as they pack yoga classes that cater to people and their doggies—or dogis—reports the Independent. "Doga" took arf in Manhattan seven years ago, and it's no longer "something people laugh about," said the movement's founder. But some purists whine about the trend.
"We can't just go to a yoga class and be in the here and now. Instead, it has to be a time we share with our dogs," sniffed one purist. "That seems very trivializing of yoga to me. And it's such an American idea." Woof. (More Yoga stories.)
