Katherine Heigl says she's happy to stay with Gray's Anatomy if the producers want to keep her, the AP reports. The Golden Globe winner—rumored to have been ready to quit after griping about the show’s poor writing—will stick around if her character survives. Heigl remains as clueless as viewers about the fate of Izzie, who underwent brain surgery in Thursday's episode.

"No one will tell me and I don't know how this is going to go," Heigl said. "I don't know if I live or die. I don't know how Izzie fares." Series creator Sandra Rhimes, notoriously passionate about plot secrecy, declined to say what would happened to Heigl's character, but promised the show's 100th episode, airing May 7, will be "big."
