Bummer. The stepson of the man most likely to be tapped as Barack Obama's drug czar has been busted again for, well, violating probation on a drug charge. Obama is expected to appoint R. Gil Kerlikowske to lead his war on drugs. Kerlikowske is chief of police in Seattle, a city knows for focusing on treatment rather than drug arrests.

Conservatives had already planned to tuck into Kerlikowske if he makes it to confirmation hearings. But 39-year-old stepson Jeffrey Kerlikowske's new bust in Florida last week on top of a string of arrests, including several for marijuana, is likely to light them up, notes Gawker.
