"They dream of being married to The One," but that "one" must be a mother, a wife, and a handy helper. Single men of a certain age are so picky, they end up alone every night. And the notion that they have overcharged libidos? Please.
But men "want to be truly loved," one of Hoggard's male friends told her recently. They're turned off by the idea of casual sex. "Men want poetry and the meeting of true minds," Hoggard writes.
