“A lot of the speculation and reporting is out ahead of the facts here,” said one source. “She is still weighing this, independent of President Clinton's work.” The Guardian of Britain set off a frenzy by reporting that Hillary had decided to accept, assuming Bill cleared the vetting process. Meanwhile, ABC's Jake Tapper reports that friction has emerged over how much say the Obama White House would have over Bill's future speeches and sources of income.
