Hackers have broken into Bill O'Reilly's website and posted subscriber data online in an apparent act of retaliation, The Register reports. The hackers put screen shots of subscribers' names, passwords, and email addresses on Wikileaks, which reported that O'Reilly's condemnation of an attack on Sarah Palin's email inspired the break-in.
"I'm not going to mention the website that posted this, but it's one of those despicable, slimy, scummy websites," O'Reilly said of Wikileaks after the Palin email hack. O'Reilly's site managers have told subscribers to change their passwords, which is a pain for at least one O'Reilly supporter: "Oh damn," she said of her password, "I use it all over the place."
