"People are beginning to wonder whether Russia can be trusted," Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told David Gregory on NBC's Meet the Press. She also stated on Fox News Sunday and Face the Nation that Russia would face "consequences" if it breached the cease-fire agreement. Also on today's talk shows: Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili told Wolf Blitzer that Russian troops are "rampaging and going looting" as Russian leaders are "lying and trying to cheat the world." Republican Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty praised John McCain's reaction to Russia while Demoratic Sen. Evan Bayh called it "bellicose rhetoric." GOP Rep.
