Colo. Gov., Partner Test Positive

Add Colorado Gov. Jared Polis and his partner to the relatively short list of governors who have so far contracted the coronavirus. The 45-year-old Democrat's office said in a statement Saturday night that he had tested positive and was asymptomatic, reports 9News. "Marlon (Reis) and I are feeling well so far, and are in good spirits. No person or family is immune to this virus. I urge every Coloradan to practice caution, limit public interactions, wear a mask in public, stay six feet from others, and wash your hands regularly," Polis said. Polis' office had announced Wednesday that he was quarantining after being exposed to someone who had tested positive for COVID. Other governors who have tested positive include Democrats Ralph Northam of Virginia and Steve Sisolak of Nevada and Republican Mike Parson of Missouri. (More coronavirus stories.)
