Chris Christie didn't hold back Sunday in his assessment of President Trump's campaign to overturn the results of the 2020 election, Politico reports. "If you've got the evidence of fraud, present it," the former New Jersey governor said on This Week. "Quite frankly, the conduct of the president's legal team has been a national embarrassment." A staunch Trump ally, Christie went on to say that Trump's lawyers allege fraud outside of court but "when they go inside the courtroom, they don't plead fraud, they don't argue fraud." He added that "I have been a supporter of the president's. I voted for him twice, but elections have consequences, and we cannot continue to act as if something happened here that didn't happen."
