If you thought we were done hearing from Lev Parnas, you were wrong. The former associate of Rudy Giuliani has been making the media rounds, accusing President Trump and other big names of being directly involved in the pressure campaign against Ukraine's president to investigate Joe and Hunter Biden—and the latest slew of evidence presented by the House Intelligence Committee further drags GOP Rep. Devin Nunes, the committee's ranking member, into the scandal. On Friday evening, the panel released a series of texts between Parnas and Derek Harvey, a top Nunes aide, that took place in the spring of 2019, which Politico notes was right around the time Parnas was in deep with Giuliani and other Trump associates to try to oust US Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch.

The texts show Parnas was trying to arrange for Harvey to get on a call with Ukrainian prosecutors who were funneling info about the Bidens to Giuliani, per the Washington Post. "Do you want to interview the general prosecutor who got [ditched] by Biden?" Parnas wrote on April 19. "Also the anti corruption prosecutor? Let me know." Harvey replied: "Does tomorrow work?" The texts also indicate Harvey met up with Parnas and Giuliani at Trump's hotel in DC. Other texts show screenshots that Republican candidate for Congress Robert Hyde sent to Parnas, showing texts between Hyde and an unknown person who appeared to be tracking Yovanovitch's movements (the Post notes it's not clear if that person actually was tracking her). Neither Politico nor the Post received a response from Nunes' office after requesting comment. (More Lev Parnas stories.)
