Keanu Reeves is filming long-awaited sequel Bill and Ted Face the Music in Louisiana—and he gave a fan in Slidell what Ted "Theodore" Logan would probably call a most excellent surprise. When Stacey Hunt discovered filming was taking place nearby, she put up a "You're Breathtaking" sign in her front yard, a reference to his recent appearance at the E3 expo, where a fan yelled the phrase after he described the experience as breathtaking, CNN reports. The sign caught Reeves' attention, and he "jumped out of the car" to autograph the sign, tweeted the sequel's writer, Ed Solomon, who shared photos of the moment.
Reeves also spent a few minutes chatting and posing for photos with Hunt and her 16-year-old son, Ethan. "I could not believe that he was in my yard, and he was casual and like, 'Can I sign your sign,'" she tells the New Orleans Times-Picayune. "The fact that he was nice enough to take the time to talk to us and take pictures—everyone says he's a nice guy. And it's true." His message on the sign: "Stacey, you're breathtaking." (Reeves' legion of online fans has launched a petition calling for him to be named Time's Person of the Year.)
