The Beatles had 50% of a reunion Saturday night in Los Angeles when an unexpected guest showed up at Paul McCartney's tour stop, Rolling Stone reports. "We've got a surprise for us, a surprise for you, a surprise for everyone: Ladies and gentlemen, the one and only, Ringo Starr," the bassist told an exultant crowd at Dodger Stadium. After embracing his old bandmate—"I love you, man," McCartney told him—Starr joined in for performances of "Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)" and "Helter Skelter." The crowd looked like "thousands of tiny jewels" of smartphone lights as the band played, notes CNN. Rare as it was, this wasn't the only McCartney/Starr reunion of late: They also played together at the 2014 Grammys. (More Beatles stories.)
