More than two decades after Tyra Banks made history as the first black woman to appear solo on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, she's back on the cover for her third appearance, People reports. The 45-year-old came out of modeling retirement to shoot the cover. Inside the magazine, she's featured wearing a polka-dot bikini very similar to the iconic one she wore on the 1997 cover. "We couldn't find the exact one in the archives—it was the polka dot bikini, so we re-created that bikini," explained Banks, who revealed the cover on Good Morning America. "I re-created it [the shoot]—25 pounds heavier." Alex Morgan, USA Women's National Team soccer star and Olympic gold medalist, and Camille Kostek, 2018 SI Swimsuit Model Search winner, are also featured on their own separate covers. (Banks is working on ModelLand, the theme park.)
