Some people just aren't satisfied appearing in one of the most popular TV series in existence. In the case of Hafthor Bjornsson (aka Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane on HBO's Game of Thrones), he is now also the World's Strongest Man. Bjornsson threw his muscle into the ring for what BarBend says was the seventh year in a row for the strength event, held this year in the Philippines, per Fox News. The 6-foot-9, nearly 400-pound 29-year-old had never won first place.

"Want to thank all of my family, friends, and fans for supporting me along the way," the Iceland native posted on Instagram, showing a pic of himself holding up his trophy on the winners' podium. The New York Daily News reports that Bjornsson's win means he's now the only person to have won the World's Strongest Man, Europe's Strongest Man, and the Arnold Strongman Classic competitions in one calendar year.
