"If a picture is worth a thousand words, how many words is this worth????" So tweeted the lawyer for a porn star suing President Trump, along with a photo of a CD or DVD on Thursday, CNN reports. "I want to be really clear about this: It is a warning shot," said Michael Avenatti, lawyer for Stephanie Clifford—aka Stormy Daniels—when discussing the disc with CNN's Wolf Blitzer. "And it's a warning shot to [Trump lawyer] Michael Cohen and anyone else associated with President Trump that they better be very, very careful after Sunday night relating to what they say about my client and what spin or lies they attempt to tell the American people."
The disc pic suggests Avenatti may have "photographic or video evidence" of Daniels' alleged fling with Trump, says the Hill, which notes Avenatti has refused to confirm or deny such evidence thus far. He has also tweeted a photo of Daniels taking a lie detector test about "unprotected sex" with Trump that Avenatti says she passed, the Wrap reports. Daniels is suing Trump to void a nondisclosure agreement that she says stifles her from revealing the truth of her Trump affair; his attorneys say Daniels has already violated the NDA and could face $20 million in damages. 60 Minutes plans to air an interview with Daniels on Sunday night.
