It's not subtle. A new ad from a tourism website in Zambia gleefully plays off President Trump's alleged description of African nations as "shithole countries," reports Newsweek. The ad on Zambiatourism.com's Facebook page implores, "Visit ****hole Zambia," adding that "the only stars and stripes you'll have to see are in the sky and on a zebra." It's not exactly an official diss because the site is not affiliated with the government-run tourism agency. Meanwhile, Airbnb was getting in on the controversy, too, rolling out an ad campaign pushing locations not only in Africa, but in Haiti and El Salvador, which were also reportedly criticized by Trump, reports Ad Age.
