Uma Thurman has been judicious in her comments about Harvey Weinstein. Three weeks ago she told a reporter she was "waiting to feel less angry, and when I'm ready, I'll say what I have to say." That moment came on Thanksgiving, when she said #metoo on Instagram and issued a chilling message to Weinstein: "I'm glad it's going slowly - you don't deserve a bullet." On Monday night, she posted a follow-up that hinted at isolation born from an experience she still hasn't detailed: "sitting alone in the hudson theater, painting my face. thank you for hearing me, it's so much better not to sit alone. a new feeling. i am so grateful." (Weinstein has now been accused of sex trafficking.)
