Playboy Model Learns Her Fate in Body-Shaming Case
Model and Playboy bunny Dani Mathers appears in Los Angeles County Superior Court to answer charges related to her taking a photo of a naked, 71-year-old woman in a gym locker room and posting it on social media with insults about the woman's body, in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.    (Frederick M. The Playboy centerfold who secretly took a picture of a naked 71-year-old woman in an LA Fitness locker room and posted it to Snapchat with a mocking caption has learned her fate: Dani Mathers was ordered Wednesday to clean up graffiti for 30 days. Mathers, who faced up to six months in jail if convicted at trial, instead pleaded no contest to misdemeanor invasion of privacy in a Los Angeles court, the AP reports. (That means she did not admit guilt, but also didn't dispute the charges.) She chose graffiti removal over her other sentencing option, 45 days in jail. She will also be on probation for three years. The 30-year-old had previously apologized for the photo, which was captioned, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either." (A female bodybuilder recently pulled a similar body-shaming move.)
