While a pregnant Beyonce is at home resting under her doctors' directives, a replacement has been named for her at Coachella: Lady Gaga, USA Today reports. The newly anointed headliner confirmed the announcement with a late-night tweet Tuesday, "Let's party in the desert!," along with a lineup card highlighting her name for two Saturday performances, along with fellow headlining acts Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar and the bevy of other bands that will take to the stage over two weekends (April 14-16 and April 21-23) in Indio, Calif. Per insiders who spoke to Billboard, organizers wanted a female performer to take Beyonce's slot, considering the last woman to headline the mega-concert was Bjork 10 years ago. Beyonce is set to take back her headlining spot in 2018. (More Lady Gaga stories.)
