Earnhardt Jr. Decides Speeding Full-Time Is His Thing

Some people just can't leave work at the office. Take Dale Earnhardt Jr., for instance, who was pulled over for speeding Sunday on his way to the Texas Motor Speedway, the Charlotte Observer reports. His girlfriend, Amy Reimann, was in the car with him—Sporting News says he was "wheeling it" in a Buick—and tweeted a picture of a sheepish-looking Earnhardt, along with the caption "my little speed racer," as he waited for his warning to be written out by the attending officer. For those curious how fast he was actually going to warrant a stop, a fan (who addressed Earnhardt as "speedy") posed that very question on Twitter. Earnhardt's rueful reply: "not fast enough."
