Val Kilmer has been denying reports that he has cancer for a year now, but fellow Hollywood star Michael Douglas appears to have let some bad news slip. The 56-year-old Kilmer is "a wonderful guy who is dealing with exactly what I had, and things don’t look too good for him,” said Douglas, who beat tongue cancer in 2010. He was speaking at a London forum in which he discussed making The Ghost in the Darkness with Kilmer in 1996, reports the Sun. “My prayers are with him," said Douglas. "That’s why you haven’t heard too much from Val lately.” Last year, Kilmer denied that he had a tumor after photos appeared to show him with a tracheostomy tube around his neck, notes People. There's no word from Kilmer in reaction to the Douglas comments. (More Val Kilmer stories.)
