- Detroit: 1,760 per 100,000; 295
- Birmingham: 1,746 per 100,000; 79
- Memphis: 1,740 per 100,000; 135
- Milwaukee: 1,596 per 100,000; 145
- Rockford, Illinois: 1,585 per 100,000; 19
- Baltimore: 1,536 per 100,000; 344
- Little Rock, Arkansas: 1,485 per 100,000; 32
