Donald Trump considers campaigning his exercise, wants to drop 15 or so pounds, and enjoys fast food, according to the candidate's appearance on Dr. Oz. CNN reports Trump taped an episode of the popular daytime show Wednesday that will air on Thursday. While Trump surprised Dr. Mehmet Oz—who the New York Times notes is "famous mostly because of Oprah"—with a one-page summary of a physical conducted by his doctor, actual details of his health were scant. "He didn't say anything specific on anything," one audience member tells Politico. But other audience members say Oz "sounded generally impressed" with Trump's health, with one Trump supporter in attendance saying the TV doc offered particular praise for Trump's cholesterol.

During the taping, Trump, 70, made the following claims about his health, according to audience members:

  • He doesn't exercise regularly, though he counts political speeches—specifically "moving his hands around," an MSNBC producer tweets—as a workout.
  • He's so good at golf that he could play professionally.
  • He currently weighs either 236 or 267 pounds (audience members had different recollections). According to CDC guidelines, 236 would be overweight and 267 would be obese for Trump's 6-foot-3-inch height.
  • He wants to lose 15 to 20 pounds.
  • He likes fast food because it's consistent and, according to the MSNBC producer, "at least you know what they are putting in it."
  • He takes a prescription drug for his cholesterol.
  • He's never needed "to go to a hospital because he's too healthy," a source tells NPR.
