Want a free entrée from Chick-fil-A? All you have to do is head to one of the fast food joint's more than 2,000 locations Tuesday dressed as a cow. It's part of the 12th annual Cow Appreciation Day, Consumerist reports; the day is a celebration of the chicken chain's long-running "Eat Mor Chikin" ad campaign that features slightly less-than-literate cows doing their best to steer people away from eating steers. “Cow Appreciation Day is the one day where it’s OK to dress ‘udderly’ crazy and get rewarded for it,” Chick-fil-A VP Jon Bridges says in a press release.

You don't have to go full-cow—or "head-to-hoof," as Chick-fil-A puts it—to participate. Per the chain, "sporting a cow-spotted accessory" will suffice to get adults a free entrée. Cow-costumed children will receive a free kid's meal. The promotion runs from the time stores open to 7pm, Business Insider notes. Chick-fil-A says the promotion offers customers the opportunity to "explore our menu," including "some of our newer, healthier options." (More fast food stories.)
