If the Democratic National Committee has a deal for Bernie Sanders, it can apparently shove it: In further escalation of the family feud, Sanders not-so-subtly endorsed the primary opponent of DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, reports CNN, saying that, "clearly, I favor her opponent. His views are much closer to mine than as to Wasserman Shultz's." In a further jab, Sanders—who has long contended that Wasserman Schultz and the DNC have a heavy bias toward Hillary Clinton—added that were he to win the Oval Office, he wouldn't reappoint the Florida congresswoman as DNC chair. Responded Wasserman Schultz: "I remain, as I have been from the beginning, neutral in the presidential Democratic primary. I look forward to working together with (Sanders) for Democratic victories in the fall." (More Debbie Wasserman Schultz stories.)
