Justin Bieber's alleged lack of prowess with a beer bong could cost him $75,000, the Houston Chronicle reports. The singer was hanging out at Cle nightclub in Houston post-gig on April 9 when he grabbed a beer bong that was being passed around. According to a lawsuit filed by Robert Morgan, here's what happened next: "Unfortunately for Bieber, he was clearly a novice because as he attempted to chug his beverage through the beer bong, he miscalculated the amount of beer he could intake and beer spilled all over himself, his clothes, and on his face." Morgan recorded the embarrassing party foul on his cellphone.

The lawsuit claims Bieber complained to Morgan about recording his beer bong attempt, and Morgan offered to delete it, KTRK reports. Instead, Bieber allegedly grabbed Morgan's phone and smashed it. Unable to find the phone's SIM card afterward, Morgan—an amateur photographer—says he lost thousands of pictures from his grandma's 100th birthday and "his travels," as well as business contacts, according to TMZ. The lawsuit is seeking $75,000. (See celebs doing dramatic readings of the Bieber song "Sorry.")
