Washington Township Judge Martin Whitcraft on Wednesday rejected Sister Kimberly Miller's argument that she was "sleep driving" after taking an Ambien and downing two glasses of wine, and he suspended her license for 90 days, reports Philly.com.

Miller, 41, who says she has a history of sleepwalking, has been on administrative leave from her job as a high school theology teacher since her arrest, reports NJ.com. She's also on the hook for $257 in fines. "I woke up, and I was in my habit and handcuffs," she says of the night in question, during which she drove roughly 20 miles from her North Philadelphia convent and into New Jersey.
