Your Chipotle craving—if you still get those—may have to go unsatisfied on Feb. 8: The chain is closing all of its nearly 1,900 restaurants across the country for a few hours to hold an all-staff food safety meeting. A company rep tells the Chicago Tribune that the meeting will focus on "the changes we are making to enhance food safety" in light of recent foodborne-illness outbreaks, which have caused Chipotle's sales to fall 30% and spawned at least nine lawsuits.
